These days, I've been flooded with a bunch of meme narratives, really like a radio station suddenly switching channels: all the same meme echoing across different stations, the more I listen, the more addictive it gets. Despite the lively atmosphere, I now set my own stop-loss and don't talk about "technology"—to put it simply, I just decide beforehand how much I'm willing to pay for this emotional experience, and when it hits, I withdraw, even if it continues to soar afterward, I just pretend I didn't hear. Otherwise, it’s easy to go from watching the show to being part of it.

Social mining, fan tokens, that set of "attention as mining"—I have mixed feelings about it... Attention can indeed be converted into money, but conversely, it also most easily steals your judgment. Last night, I even had the urge to leave a few groups or just uninstall the app altogether, my finger hovering over the icon. But then I thought, never mind, keep it as noise monitoring—at least it reminds me: the noisier it gets, the more I need a button to get off. That’s all for now.
