Crypto custody company Taurus obtains MiFID license in Cyprus, entering the EU capital markets

BlockBeats News, May 6 — Cryptocurrency custody company Taurus has obtained an MiFID II investment license in Cyprus, issued by the Mediterranean island nation’s regulator — the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

This license enables Taurus to provide MiFID-regulated investment services for tokenized financial instruments to banks and asset management firms across the European Union, as well as support secondary market trading of tokenized bonds, fund shares, stocks, and structured products.
