Back when I was rushing to buy Dogecoin, I loved to take shortcuts, clicking "Unlimited Authorization" on contract pop-ups, thinking I was quick enough to run.

It wasn't until I was truly educated once that I understood: revoking permissions is just as important as sleeping; if you don't close the door, don't blame the wind for coming in at midnight.
Especially now with new L1/L2 projects incentivizing to pull TVL, everyone is rushing and complaining "mining, selling," but I'm actually more worried that you leave and still have permissions active—one day if the project team/front end/private key has an issue, you'll become a passive withdrawal machine.
My simple rules are just two: don't chase, don't use high leverage, plus a small habit—revoke permissions after use, even if it costs a bit more gas for peace of mind.
What I don't regret is that after experiencing losses, I started to become more frugal, at least sleeping more peacefully.
