Lately, grinding testnet points has made me a bit dazed... It was originally just practice, but as soon as I see "points/qualification," I start calculating expectations, and my mindset immediately shifts from practicing to working.

My two stop-loss rules are: first, time stop-loss—spending no more than 30 minutes on a single project each day; if I go over, I stop refreshing and retrying, and I don't wait in line either; second, emotional stop-loss—when I start feeling anxious or itchy to add more, I close the page and deal with it the next day.
Honestly, points are not worth much, but attention is very valuable.
Recently, L2s are arguing daily about TPS, fees, and ecosystem subsidies, but I care more about whether we can finally develop a truly useful module, rather than treating everyone's patience as fuel.
That's all for now—don't turn practice into an obsession.
