Lately, I've been a bit dazed from grinding testnet points. It was originally just practice stuff, but once everyone started talking, it turned into "expectations," and then my actions started to distort: originally just clicking around casually, taking notes on interactions, turned into staying up late to stake nodes, chasing tutorials, and not caring about gas fees anymore. Honestly, at this point, stop-loss isn't about losing money, but about losing time and emotional energy—my self-imposed rules are pretty simple: mess around on each testnet for no more than two days, if it exceeds that, consider it not meant to be; stop if I spend more than a meal's worth of time; if I start fantasizing "this round must have an airdrop," I immediately close the page and review some old protocols to calm down. Now Meme coins and celebrity signals are cycling again, newcomers are easily pushed by attention, seasoned players really shouldn't take the last step, especially not use "practice" as an excuse to push hard. That's all for now.
