"Shocking! A couple engaged in indecent behavior on the staircase, their actions are jaw-dropping, even the bean bun is speechless!"
Recently, in Yuen Long, Hong Kong, netizens captured a set of restricted photos and uploaded them to social media.
They saw a couple half-naked on the back staircase of the public housing Hong Fuk Estate service building, engaging in indecent acts, with movements so disturbing that they are hard to watch, leaving people stunned.
In response, the Hong Kong Housing Authority stated that they have reported the incident to the police and posted notices on the service building and all residential units at Hong Fuk Estate to remind everyone not to engage in illegal activities in public places.
According to Hong Kong's Crimes Ordinance, exposing oneself in public is a crime, punishable by a fine of 2,000 HKD and six months imprisonment.
Every residential unit posted notices, and this couple is now truly socially dead; for a moment of pleasure, they not only lost face but also face legal consequences, which is really not worth it.
However, some netizens said that they might have done this out of necessity because land is extremely scarce in Hong Kong, and many people live squeezed into tiny apartments. Sometimes, there’s really nowhere else to do it, so they have to go to the staircase.
But this is definitely too inconsiderate; at least they should have tried to cover up a bit.
Some netizens also said that if the two are willing, taking pictures of them like this—does that count as invading privacy?
Another netizen asked Bean Bun what the two were doing.
Unexpectedly, this question actually silenced Bean Bun, who is usually all-knowing, showing how truly shocking and eye-popping their behavior was.
