Ekubo Contract Exploit Drains 17 WBTC From User, SlowMist Warns on Token Approvals
SlowMist founder Cos Jin said a malicious exploit in an Ekubo-related contract caused one user to lose 17 WBTC. Cos Jin said the attacker abused a prior unlimited WBTC approval and repeatedly routed 0.2 WBTC transfers through Ekubo Core’s balance settlement process. The operation was executed 85 times, and users were urged to review approvals for the affected V2 contract.
