I turned off the "Daily Sign-in/Interaction Reminder" on the testnet, feeling like my mind has become clearer.

In the past, I would practice casually, but now as soon as there's a leaderboard, I start thinking "Did I miss out on doing more," to be honest, practicing becomes about expectations, which can easily lead to frustration.

My self-imposed stop-loss is pretty simple: if I open the task three days in a row and still feel annoyed, or start gambling on uncertain bridges/contracts to save on fees, I’ll take a break for a week, and reset my points to zero.
Testnet doesn’t equal mainnet profits, don’t treat your time as money already in your account.

Recently, the NFT royalty disputes seem quite similar: creators want stable income, traders want better liquidity… Anyway, everyone is fighting over "expectations."
My approach is to keep my expectations low; if I get a bonus, great, if not, it shouldn’t affect my serious strategy.
That’s it for now.
