I often can't hold onto my spot positions, and futures are even worse; I keep wanting to add as I hold, but a wave of retracement teaches me to behave. Later, I summarized a simple truth for myself: don't let "the next candlestick" determine your mood today, your position size should be fixed first — losing money won't affect your sleep. Recently, the unlock calendar has been repeatedly discussed in terms of selling pressure, and now when I see "XX days until unlock," it’s like seeing a social worker’s message: don’t get excited yet, first reduce your position to a manageable size, then consider other things.

I trust data a little more because intuition is often just a disguise for "wanting to make quick money," and data at least won't lie to me about adding positions in the middle of the night... Anyway, I’ll stick to this for now, don’t be too quick to act, keep my vital assets (private keys) and margin tightly guarded.
