These days, whenever the market heats up, I get itchy hands and almost jump in to chase again.

Later, I forcibly stopped myself for 10 minutes and asked: Am I getting new information, or am I just afraid of missing out?
Honestly, most of the time it's the latter, with emotions pushing my position, and my mind still looking for reasons.

My current clumsy method is: Only allow myself to add a little if I can clearly restate "Why am I buying now, what if I’m wrong, where is the exit point."
If I can't restate it, I treat myself as being emotional and go drink water.

By the way, hardware wallets are out of stock, phishing links are everywhere, and the more intense the atmosphere, the less you should rush to click unfamiliar links or sign random things.
If you haven't made money yet and end up losing your assets, then no matter how much you review, it’s useless.
That's it for now.
