M&T Bank Corp Cuts Stock Holdings in UBS Group AG $UBS
M&T Bank Corp significantly reduced its stake in UBS Group AG by 62.2% in the fourth quarter, selling 85,447 shares and retaining 51,962 shares valued at $2.41 million. This comes as UBS exceeded quarterly expectations with $0.37 EPS on $12.2 billion revenue and paid a $0.55 special dividend on April 23rd. Analysts currently rate UBS with a consensus “Hold” and a target price of $60.30.
