SEC Pauses 24 Prediction Market ETFs Before Planned Launch
The SEC paused more than two dozen prediction market ETFs on May 4 and asked issuers for more information on product structure and investor disclosures. The delay affects filings from Roundhill Investments, GraniteShares, and Bitwise that were nearing the end of a 75-day fast-track review window. Reuters’ sources said the pause was likely temporary pending review of the added disclosures.
