Key Technologies for Intelligent Evaluation of Explosion-Proof Equipment in China's Coal Mines Achieve Breakthrough
Today, the General Administration of Market Supervision learned that it recently organized domestic research institutions to carry out key technological research on intelligent evaluation of coal mine explosion-proof equipment, achieving a series of innovative results and promoting technological breakthroughs in China’s explosion-proof equipment evaluation in coal mines. The research team conducted studies on intelligent evaluation technologies for internal ignition non-propagation, fault safety disconnection, temperature rise, and other tests of coal mine explosion-proof equipment, revealing the safety evolution laws of explosion-proof equipment under extreme temperature environments, establishing a virtual-real mapping model of safety characteristic parameters for coal mine explosion-proof equipment, developing intelligent evaluation devices for coal mine explosion-proof equipment, inventing a transient holographic extraction technology for internal ignition non-propagation of explosion-proof structures, and drafting or revising 10 national/industry standards related to coal mine explosion-proof equipment, providing an important technical foundation from methods to standards for effective safety testing of explosion-proof products. Currently, the research results have been applied in relevant inspection agencies and manufacturing enterprises, conducting explosion-proof and performance tests on products such as coal mine explosion-proof inverters, explosion-proof combination switches, explosion-proof electrical control boxes, and explosion-proof cable connectors, strongly supporting the technological iteration and quality improvement of domestically produced coal mine explosion-proof equipment.
