Lately, running testnet points has been a bit frustrating. It was originally just to practice and get a feel for it, but as I kept running, I started to think in terms of "expectations," and then I easily get carried away... I’ve set a very simple stop-loss for myself: spend a fixed amount of time each day (like 30 minutes each session) + only use one wallet for tasks. If I go over, I’ll just consider it as cutting off for today and pick it up again tomorrow. Because once I start managing multiple accounts, multiple chains, and multiple scripts, my mindset shifts from practicing to chasing rewards, and I just can’t handle that.
In the group, these days, people are again discussing stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and various rumors about "de-pegging," which makes me even more anxious as I keep switching topics. Honestly, this kind of emotion can also transfer to the testnet: the more afraid of missing out, the more eager to add positions. My way of handling it is to treat the "possible airdrops" as a random variable, not included in my budget plan. If I get it, I get it; if not, I just consider it as gaining some experience... That’s it for now. Going to sleep.
