Lately, I’ve really been overwhelmed with information, a bunch of “Check this out” and “It’s about to take off” messages in the group chat. Influencers are also connecting ETF fund flows, US stock market risk appetite, and coin prices into a single narrative, making it sound convincing… It all sounds plausible, but in the moment of impulsive buying, honestly, it’s still my own finger hitting confirm. Whether it’s the group friends or the big V influencers, in the end, I’m the one buried under it all.

I’m increasingly feeling that emotions are like the weather; forecasts can be checked, but don’t treat forecasts as an umbrella. Next time, I plan to first toss all the news into my favorites, then wait a night before checking on-chain data and my positions, and only decide if I still want to buy. How do you usually “de-noise” yourselves?
