Recently, I've been bombarded with all kinds of social mining/points/badges, constantly being asked to "check in daily, tweet, join groups and post ten messages," essentially using your time as fuel. Don't get me wrong, I also exploit these, but now I only believe in one thing: signals — whether a project has a genuine reason for people to voluntarily stay, rather than tying people down with tasks. I've seen too many final settlements with a bunch of "identities," leaving only empty interactions on-chain, with transaction records quite complete but meaningless.

By the way, a quick rant about the modularization and DA layer this wave — developers are chatting enthusiastically, but for ordinary users opening the page: bridge, swap, sign, sign again... all confused. Even if you spend points, don’t turn yourself into a KPI machine for the project. Anyway, I’d rather take less than be led around by badges.
