I just opened and closed the project's treasury page... now seeing the lively "Testnet Incentives" and "Points Expectations" makes me have a conditioned reflex: don't just focus on whether the mainnet will issue tokens, first see if the money is being spent like it's actually working. Frankly, I tend to compulsively double-check a few things: whether expenses are tied to milestones, whether there are clear deliverables (code/audits/integration/operational data are all fine), whether the spending rhythm is steady (the more concentrated, the more emotional it seems), and whether key positions are outsourced in a bunch. I'm most afraid of those situations where the "treasury is still healthy" but the roadmap keeps drifting, because the tail risk is actually the chain reaction if the team’s morale collapses. Anyway, I’d rather go slow than bet on others’ pie-in-the-sky plans with my own collateral ratio.
