Deep Tide TechFlow News. On May 06, according to a report by the Financial Times in the UK via Jinshi, Meta Platforms (META.O) is building a highly personalized AI assistant to carry out everyday tasks. At the same time, the company is facing scrutiny from investors due to its ever-rising AI spending. According to people familiar with the matter, the company is building agent-style tools for more than 3 billion users, including an advanced digital assistant powered by the new Muse Spark AI model.

A person familiar with the project said the assistant is currently being tested internally by a group of employees. Another insider said its goal is to develop a product similar to OpenClaw, which allows users to create AI robots known as “agents” that autonomously perform tasks on the users’ behalf. A person familiar with the project said Meta hopes to let users provide highly sensitive information—such as health and financial data—to small assistants when users choose to share. However, some people question whether consumers will be willing to do so.
