Anonymous cryptocurrency whale sues Coinbase, accusing it of refusing to return stolen funds
Golden Finance reports that on May 6th, an anonymous cryptocurrency whale sued Coinbase, claiming the platform refused to return their stolen funds.
It is alleged that the stolen funds are related to a $55 million phishing attack launched by DAI in 2024.
The victim states that investigators have linked the stolen assets to Coinbase, but Coinbase reportedly will not return the assets without a court order.
