Recently, the secondary market has been buzzing again about royalties, with creators saying they can't survive without royalties, and traders complaining about high costs... I'm caught in the middle and feel a bit awkward: honestly, everyone wants "sustainability," but no one wants to pay that extra share themselves. Then I think about how this wave of new L1/L2s is offering incentives to pull TVL, and old users are complaining about mining, selling, and withdrawing — it all has the same flavor — when rules change, those who are educated first are always the most trusting of "long-term" commitments.

I'm trying not to be impulsive now: when I see the hype, I first keep my hands in my pockets, check whether the project's royalties/fees are fixed or "based on mood," and then ask myself, "Am I supporting creators, or am I just making an excuse for liquidity anxiety?" If I can't answer that question, I won't click confirm for now... Anyway, reducing my transactions is also progress.
