Texas Residents Sue MARA Over Noise From Granbury Bitcoin Mine

Nine Texas residents sued MARA Holdings over alleged noise and vibrations from its Granbury Bitcoin mining site, seeking more than $1 million in damages. The complaint, filed on Friday in the Northern District of Texas, says the site caused health problems, reduced property values, and interfered with daily life. Plaintiffs said conditions worsened after MARA took over the facility in 2024, while MARA has said it took steps to reduce sound levels.
