CryptoWorld News reports that Millennium Capital Worldwide announced the completion of a $100 million IPO opportunity fund in Dubai, aimed at supporting overlooked mid-sized technology companies in artificial intelligence and decentralized finance. The fund’s investors include Gulf family offices from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar, as well as international wealth management platforms seeking structured access to growth-stage technology deals. The fund focuses on mid-sized tech companies valued between $5 billion and $20 billion, emphasizing businesses with scalable business models, predictable revenue, and mature governance. Millennium Capital Worldwide states that these “emerging technology leaders” are in the early stages of value realization but are often overlooked by giant funds focused on large companies and early-stage venture capital firms that exit before the company reaches later-stage financing. The fund will concentrate on “critical turning points” in a company’s lifecycle, typically one to three years before an IPO or strategic sale, deploying capital through private placements, structured equity, and other late-stage financing tools.
