#ADA

The recent movement of ADA can be understood as the early stage of a transition from weakness to strength.
First, look at the structural changes:
The price has already broken above the 50-day moving average, and the RSI has returned above the midline. These two signals combined indicate that the market is transitioning from a weak phase to a strong one, but the momentum is not particularly strong yet.
Let's first consider a short-term target: the $0.29-$0.30 range.
This level is very critical because there is a high probability of encountering significant selling pressure here.
If the price just reaches this level and gets pushed back down, it remains a sideways move with weakness;
but if it can close above $0.30, it’s not just a rebound anymore, but more like a sign of strength after a bottoming phase.
Now, look at the risks below:
$0.22 is the bottom line.
If one day the price falls below this level again, it indicates that this rebound has failed, and the downtrend has not ended; the market may continue to decline.
Once it stabilizes above $0.30, consider the trend;
If it breaks below $0.22, give up on the bullish outlook altogether.
