Lately, I've been a bit itchy to farm airdrops again, but I'm also afraid of getting completely rekt... Right now, I think this is the third time I've reminded myself: don’t treat interactions like clocking in at work. Do as little as possible, rather miss out than recklessly give wallet permissions to a bunch of things, especially those that look like "task marketplaces" — I just skip those.

The recent debate over staking/sharing security with the "compound yield" approach has been pretty intense. Honestly, it’s like a nested doll, stacking layers that look appealing, but when something goes wrong, no one can say which layer will blow first. I personally have one rule: only engage with chains I can clearly understand. If I can’t explain it clearly, I just ignore the airdrop. It’s okay to take it slow; rushing in with FOMO can lead to skyrocketing interaction costs and risks, which is pretty costly.
