Recently, some people have been watching large on-chain transfers and hot/cold wallet movements on exchanges, interpreting them as "smart money" moves.

I find it quite amusing but can't really laugh... When stablecoins have any wind or wave, everyone's first reaction isn't to do the math, but to run away first—bank runs are much faster than K-line charts.
Honestly, right now, when I hold stablecoins, what I care about most isn't the returns, but whether the reserves are transparent or not: who did the audits, how often are they updated, and whether on-chain and off-chain data match.
I use cross-chain bridges a lot but also fear them a lot.
For large transfers, I’d rather spend more time monitoring and checking announcements than wait until the moment of de-pegging and realize I’m in line.
Anyway, what I fear most isn't losing money, but losing control—losing money can be admitted, but losing control means you can't even walk away when you want to.
That's all for now.
