Pakistani Foreign Minister urges continued dialogue between the US and Iran
Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Dar stated on the 24th that in order to accelerate regional peace and stability, both Iran and the United States must continue dialogue and engagement to resolve unresolved issues. According to a statement issued by the Pakistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the same day, Dar made the above remarks during a phone call with Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi. The two sides exchanged views on developments in the Middle East, the US-Iran ceasefire, and Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts. (Xinhua)
