CryptoWorld News reports that the SGLang team has officially established the company Radixark, completing a $100 million seed round of funding with a post-investment valuation of $400 million. Accel led the investment, Spark Capital jointly led, and two chip competitors—NVIDIA (through Nventures) and AMD—participated at the same time. MediaTek is also among the investors.

SGLang is an intermediary layer between models and hardware, lowering AI inference costs by more efficiently scheduling GPU memory. The project was launched in 2023, and it currently processes tens of trillions of tokens per day for Google, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Oracle, xAI, and others.

Radixark also operates another open-source project, Miles, focused on large-scale reinforcement learning training, and it has already been used for MOE (Mixture of Experts, a model architecture that activates only some parameters to reduce computational load) training. The funding will be used to expand the two open-source projects, support more model architectures and hardware platforms, and roll out enterprise-oriented managed infrastructure services.
