Velayati Says Strait of Hormuz Is Closed as Iran Calls US Conflict Ongoing

Iran Supreme Leader’s foreign policy advisor Velayati said the Strait of Hormuz has been closed and will stay shut unless Iran decides otherwise. Velayati also rejected US President Trump’s remarks about limiting Iran’s missile capabilities. Velayati said Iran and the US remain in a state of war and that “resistance” will continue.
