Deep Tide TechFlow News, May 5th, Circle announced that it has submitted comments to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) in the United States, offering suggestions on the implementation details of the GENIUS Act and listing six core viewpoints:

1. U.S. standards should become the global benchmark: Strengthen the international trust and institutional export capability of the US dollar stablecoin;

2. Stablecoins should serve as a unified payment tool: Avoid market fragmentation that impacts liquidity and settlement efficiency;

3. Consumer protection as the core: Ensure holders can redeem assets at face value at any time;

4. Fair competition regulatory framework: Banks and non-bank issuers should be under the same regulatory boundaries;

5. Strengthen systemic risk management: Cover liquidity, credit, operational, and compliance risks;

6. Distinguish between stablecoins and tokenized deposits: They serve different functions and should be regulated separately.
