Lending and borrowing, I now see it as quite "mechanical": if the liquidation line is within three steps of the red line, I stop hoping the market will save me. First, review all the messy authorizations in your wallet to avoid signing something strange at a critical moment; then, arrange the transactions for adding collateral or repaying in order, don't let the nonce drift on its own, getting stuck after one transaction can really be disastrous. If you're moving assets across L2s, you should also leave some time margin, don't get caught up in the "TPS is faster, fees are cheaper, subsidies are more attractive" hype, because no matter how fast the chain is, it won't save you from chaos. If you can repay a little in advance, do so—better to lose some sleep. Anyway, what I’ve learned isn’t tricks, but this: when you're close to the red line, don’t gamble with your luck.
