Odaily Planet Daily News reports that U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin stated that two American commercial ships and a U.S. Navy destroyer have successfully passed through the Strait of Hormuz. Currently, there are still hundreds of ships waiting to pass. Austin said, “Two American commercial ships along with the U.S. destroyer have safely passed through the strait, indicating that the waterway is open.” He added, “We know Iran feels embarrassed by this.
