Digi Power X signs up to $2.5B AI data center deal with Cerebras
May 05, 2026 DGXX Tuesday said it has signed a colocation agreement with Cerebras Systems for a 40-megawatt AI data center in Alabama, with an initial 10-year term valued at about $1.1 billion.
The total potential contract value could reach up to $2.5 billion, including renewal terms, the company said.
Digi Power X said it will develop the facility in two phases, with construction starting immediately and initial service targeted for December 2026.
