Do you really think it's okay to just screenshot your seed phrase and upload it to the cloud drive, or share a link in a group chat with a signature?
I used to do it for convenience too, but after seeing so much on-chain, I realized the common paths to trouble are pretty fixed: once the seed phrase crosses the offline boundary (screenshots, cloud sync, sending to "customer service"), it's basically the same as leaving your wallet unlocked; signing authorization is even more sinister, the page looks like the official website, but in reality, it's just asking you to hand over the "keychain" of your assets, especially those with unlimited permissions—it's too late to revoke them afterward.
Recently, everyone’s talking about modularization and the DAO layer, developers are excited, users are confused. I think the more complex the narrative, the more we should stick to the simplest red line: write down your seed phrase on paper, don’t take photos; before signing, check the domain name and permission details. If you don’t understand, refuse. Anyway, it’s better to miss a deal than to pay tuition to scammers.
