CryptoWorld News reports that wallets suspected to be associated with in Mult early issuance in are staking $82 million worth of HYPE on Hypercore, further deepening the focus on Hyperliquid’s decentralized finance native L1 yield aggregation. According to Arkham’s AI attribution engine at market monitoring firm Arkham, it is estimated that an address related to Mult early issuance in Capital transferred about $28.45 million worth of HYPE to the Hypercore staking contract and locked it. In total, the three parties staked 1.96 million HYPE tokens, worth about $82.02 million based on current prices. A post-transaction snapshot shows that this group of wallets still holds about 2.83 million HYPE tokens, with a total value of approximately $118 million, indicating that staking represents a shift in how their holdings are deployed rather than an exit. Hypercore is the staking layer of Hyperliquid, where users delegate native HYPE tokens to validators in exchange for rewards and governance influence. By transferring $82 million into staked HYPE, these wallets effectively convert their speculative positions into yield-generating positions while remaining aligned with network security and governance.
