These days, whenever the market moves, I get itchy hands.

When I want to chase, I first pause: is it because I saw new information, or just because of the excitement from the candlestick charts and the group?
Honestly, emotions pushing positions are the easiest way to turn "plans" into "excuses"; once excited, I forget my own set of diversification + low-correlation safeguards.

By the way, hardware wallets are out of stock everywhere now, phishing links are flying all over the place, everyone's safety awareness has improved, but I feel it might also amplify anxiety: the more afraid of missing out, the easier it is to click the wrong things or transfer to the wrong chain...
Anyway, I now prefer to slow down a bit, double-check addresses and signature contents, even if I earn less.

What I fear most isn't actually missing opportunities, but losing my self-control to stay calm and stick to my framework.
