I don’t usually speak like this! but this needs to be said. I’ve held this in for a while! but it needs to be said.

For almost a year Plus—many of us showed up every single day for the @billions_ntwk ecosystem.
We didn’t just “participate.” We built.
We created content.
We onboarded users.
We defended the vision.
We grew communities from zero.
Not because we were promised instant rewards…but because we believed in what was being built.
Now here we are after TGE and listing…
And the reality is hard to ignore.
• Many active contributors, including Discord role holders and moderators, received little or no allocation.
• Others who received tokens are facing automatic staking locked until October 31.
• No clear expectations were set early enough for many contributors.
This is not just disappointing.
It raises serious concerns about fairness, transparency, and communication.
Let’s be honest:
Web3 is supposed to be about ownership.
About empowering real people.
About a rewarding contribution.
But when contributors feel overlooked…
when access is restricted without clear alignment…
when expectations and outcomes don’t match…
It doesn’t just affect one project.
It damages trust across the entire Web3 space.
Because people start to ask:
“Is this really different… or just a new version of the same old system?”
Communities are the backbone of every Web3 project.
Without them, there is no growth. No adoption. No narrative.
If contributors lose trust,
the ecosystem loses momentum.
This is not an attack.
It’s a call for:
• Clear communication
• Fair recognition of contributors
• Better alignment between effort and reward
Because behind every wallet… is a real human being.
And Web3 only works if that human still believes.
What’s your honest take on this? 👇
