Yichang Technology Announcement: The company received a notice on January 27, 2026, that the actual controller, Xiong Haitao, is under investigation and detention by the Sichuan Provincial Supervisory Committee.
On April 24, 2026, the company received a “Notice of Release from Detention” issued by the Sichuan Provincial Supervisory Committee, forwarded by Gaojin Group. The Sichuan Provincial Supervisory Committee has lifted the detention measures against Xiong Haitao.
