Today, I was glued to the charts again and got so annoyed I ended up laughing because the on-chain data “stuttered”... The trading activity was clearly there, but the page still looked like it hadn’t woken up.

Later I thought it wasn’t even my bad eyesight: an indexer/subgraph isn’t some instant oracle—it has to crawl and organize; and the RPC also rate-limits you—if you ask too often, it just tells you, “Don’t ask for now.”
Me, a short-term trader who loves hitting refresh over and over? That’s basically me ramming my head into a wall.
Just now, I turned off auto-refresh to cool myself down...
And it also made me think about the recent compliance rifts around privacy coins/mixers—everyone arguing like there are two different worldviews on the same on-chain.
Anyway, I’ll just follow the rules—if the signals are a little delayed, then so be it. Don’t let my emotions blow up my position first.
