Bullish reportedly plans to acquire Equiniti for $4.2 billion

Golden Finance reports that, according to The Wall Street Journal, the cryptocurrency trading platform Bullish has reached an acquisition agreement valued at approximately $4.2 billion (including debt) to acquire the transfer agency Equiniti, in order to advance its tokenization strategic layout. The deal is expected to be completed in January next year, pending regulatory approval. Equiniti currently provides services to nearly 3,000 publicly listed companies, including well-known firms such as Berkshire Hathaway and Moody’s.
