The Legend of Mortal Cultivation is actually similar to movies like The Ming Dynasty 1566, The Assassination of Sheng Yuan, and The Way of Heaven.

These films are of the same genre, all of which I really enjoy,
because they are very realistic, focusing on human nature, power struggles, and patience,
everything prioritizes life and long-term interests, no tricks,
many excellent movies I revisit later, but many plot points are very foolish:
for example, risking one's life for an ordinary friend or a woman,
for example, shouting out a big move before executing it, to let the opponent defend first,
whether a work is good or not, it’s just about comparison; after comparison, many things become dull and tasteless.
This world is inherently very hypocritical; watching movies filled with falsehoods makes it meaningless, and you can't gain reflection or growth.
Whether now or in the future, sincerity may always be a luxury.
