Investors sue Apollo, CEO Rowan over alleged Epstein cover-up

Apollo Global Management and CEO Marc Rowan are being sued in a securities class action for allegedly hiding extensive business ties with Jeffrey Epstein. The lawsuit, filed on behalf of investors, claims Apollo repeatedly denied any business with Epstein, despite new evidence from DOJ files indicating deep involvement, including Epstein receiving internal financial documents and participating in significant firm discussions. The complaint suggests these alleged misrepresentations caused a decline in Apollo’s stock price.
