I've always felt that grid/DCA strategies, to put it simply, are like buying an insurance policy that allows you to sleep at night. You gradually put in small amounts of money, maintaining a calm mindset—slowing down when there's fog; of course, it's satisfying to go all-in, and if you hit the right timing, you can fly, but if you get it wrong, you'll keep staring at the screen until your head heats up, and the next day you'll have to pretend nothing happened and go to work... Recently, I've been looking at modular and DeFi layer narratives, and developers are having a blast, with a bunch of technical terms floating around in the group. Ordinary users are actually just confused: what does this have to do with my wallet? So now I prefer to first use grid/DCA to buy a sense of "participation," then keep a little flexible position. If I really want to push, I won't go all-in—anyway, sleep quality is more real than narratives.
