Mars Finance News: May 5, Dongyang Sunshine (600673.SH) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Dongguan Dongyang Sunshine Cloud Intelligence Computing Technology Co., Ltd., has signed a “Computing Power Service Procurement Framework Contract” with Company A. The contract’s total estimated amount ranges from 16 billion to 19 billion yuan (including tax). The contract term is 60 months from the date the order is accepted, and the service fees are paid monthly. This cooperation is intended to further deepen the company’s presence in AI computing power and supporting services for high-performance servers, but there are multiple uncertain risks, including risks related to policies and regulations, performance capability, and fundraising, and the impact on the company’s future performance remains uncertain.
