On the 5th local time, Ukraine’s national power company stated that due to a Russian drone attack, power outages occurred in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions. The company said that emergency repair work has been initiated in areas where safety conditions permit, aiming to restore power as soon as possible.
