I found out whether grid/DCA is really good or not, the core is not profit, but whether you can sleep peacefully. That kind of all-in move, during the day you stubbornly say "I've got this," but at night, when your phone vibrates, you think it's a liquidation or a spike… I just can't handle that kind of mental noise. Although grid or DCA is slower, the mindset is more like "trust the rules," so you don't have to watch the market every day. Recently, cross-chain bridges were hacked again, and there was that wave of oracle abnormal quotes, everyone is shouting "wait for confirmation," but it's actually the same point: don't throw yourself into uncertainty. Don't ignore fees/Gas either; frequent tinkering makes it easier to raise both your emotions and costs. My approach is simple: if it can be solved with rules, don't rely on willpower; prioritize stability over mystery, just start with that.
