Recently, I saw a bunch of PFP/member passes shouting "long-term brand," and I actually feel quite conflicted: of course, long-term sounds good, but a lot of on-chain projects are just rebranding short-term attention. Honestly, it depends on whether you can continuously deliver on the "benefits," otherwise once the hype fades, all that's left is a folder of profile pictures. The community has also been arguing these days whether the extreme funding rates are a reversal or just an ongoing bubble. My feeling is: when everyone is focused on the same narrative, it actually looks more like emotional trading. I also casually checked the transfer of a certain member NFT on-chain, addresses like 0x7b…3f keep sending to the same aggregator one after another, more like liquidity washing than real users joining. Anyway, I now care more about the delivery rhythm of "brands": whether there is continuous content/tools/offline benefits, and whether people will still use it when the market isn't hot. That's all for now.
