South Korea reports on the situation of the Hormuz fire and Korean ships

Golden Finance reports that on May 5th, according to CCTV International News, local time this morning, the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the South Korean vessel that exploded and caught fire near the Strait of Hormuz the previous day has been confirmed to have no casualties among the 24 crew members. The fire on the ship has been extinguished, but it is still unclear whether the ship can continue to sail normally. It will undergo inspection and repairs after docking at the nearby port. The South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the specific cause of the incident is expected to be clarified during the inspection process after docking.
