The third time being pressed down and rubbed by the attention economy... A few days ago I was still chasing hot topics, today I was pulled away by other narratives again, and in the end I realized I’m not really trading, I’m just following “what everyone is watching.” Especially recently, staking unlocks and token unlock calendars are being flipped through every day, and when the selling pressure anxiety hits, I just want to short or cut losses, but it ends up hitting me in the face.

Now I’ve set a simple rule for myself: first check the funding rate and position changes, if there’s nothing abnormal, I won’t rush to make a statement; if I really want to act, I’ll only use a small position, and wait until my emotions cool down before adding or reducing. Honestly, hot topics rotate as fast as short videos, the more aggressively I chase, the more I seem to be providing liquidity for others… for now, this is the plan, small positions to stay safe.
