AIMCo Bought 1.38M Strategy Shares in Q1, Position Now Shows About $69M Unrealized Gain
AIMCo bought about 1.38 million Strategy shares in the first quarter for about $172 million. At a current share price of about $175, the stake is worth about $241 million, implying an unrealized gain of roughly $69 million. AIMCo previously held the stock from 2019 to 2020 and sold it shortly after Strategy pivoted to its Bitcoin treasury strategy.
