According to Cointelegraph, Elon Musk has agreed to pay $1.5 million to settle charges by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that he failed to disclose his Twitter holdings in a timely manner in 2022. The SEC stated that Musk did not disclose his holdings within the required timeframe when exceeding 5%. Musk did not admit to the allegations.
